      Great benefits, but workload and monitoring lead to burnout

      Pros

      Great benefits and direct manager. I enjoy when I get to actually work my claims and take care of the customers.

      Cons

      Extremely heavy workload that seems to never be caught up no matter how hard you try. Every minute is monitored and a lot is screen captured. If you only work your standard hours you will get behind and overtime is a precious commodity. The constant monitoring, every move analyzed or data captured to determine if you are working in their eyes. Unrealistic expectations for the immense amount of work that is put on every claim rep and I am sure they will find even more to dump on us. Wanting quality and quantity but at the price of burnout, stress and mental breakdown.
