Business Outlook
Pros
Amazing benefits, management and co-workers are very professional. Many positions are hybrid, 75% of the time at home, 25% in office. Pay is fair and claims experience is not a requirement of joining the company for many positions.
Cons
This job is difficult and you will feel overwhelmed at times, no matter your experience. Overtime is not often mandatory but you will find yourself working it due to the demands of your position. Training is paid but is lacking, the hybrid environment is not conducive to learning. Employees will need to be flexible as you can be moved to a different segment based on company needs.
