Hybrid work situation, but that is being phased out.

Cons

- Hostile work environment - Poor leadership and stupid decisions at senior leadership level. - front line leaders have no authority to do anything, but push metrics which their compensation is based on. - advancement based on nepotism, church attendance, internal politics. - hybrid and wfh being phased out - new employees not eligible for pension. - below average compensation and benefits - odds of having low IQ leader is highly probable - purposeless meetings and huddles which could be handled with email. - 95% of employees receive average or below average ratings and merit increases. - 5 % receiving above average ratings and merit raises receive it not based on their actual contribution. - poor training - no employee discount for insurance coverages - corporate model is based on churn and burn employees in 5 years. - LDA is for no additional compensation and lasts 6 months to 1 year with no guarantee of promotion. - TWA are basically forced with employee benefit. - company is currently reducing workforce. - poor company consumer satisfaction with numerous lawsuits including fraud (RICO) charges. * google it - outdated approach to marketplace through agency program which has extreme expense issues without justifiable benefit. - mutual company means zero accountability for senior leadership. - TOXIC and hostile work environment. - frequent back stabbing injuries.
