Great teammates that are willing to help each other to get task done. Teammates help motivate each other get through the day.

Cons

No work life balance. No regard for employees family lives as we have to work our schedules 6 months straight before we have a possible opportunity to change.

Pros

Treated as a professional. Management was fantastic. Training was awesome. State Farm definitely makes sure that an employee is well-trained before releasing them into their position. Supportive staff. They have a pension. Overall, it's a great company.

Cons

Incumbancy periods can last upwards of 2 years, so the ability to transition to new or different roles was not always available.
