Pros

State Farm has been a successful company for many years and leads the country in auto and homeowner's insurance. Almost without fail, they pay their claims quickly and efficiently.

Cons

Team members are grossly underpaid and undervalued and most agents do not offer any health or retirement benefits. Advancement is non-existent unless you want to become an agent.

Pros

you stay busy and have opportunities to offer wide range of insurance coverage which also allows you to get bonuses to increase your income.

Cons

There are a lot of State Farm offices and the clients don't always understand that they need to come to your office instead of someone elses to get the best service.
