Business Outlook
Pros
State Farm is still in business and will probably be around for a while. I have vacation, 401K, sick leave, benefts whih I can't take for granted.
Cons
I feel like a drone doing the same thing day in and day out. No one really knows you exist until there is a crisis. You take care of it and then others feel a sense of relief. Only you and others who work are not appreciated. People who fawn over their manager are appreciated as is the slackass who spends half her day on the cell phone making personal calls. Then there's the guy who spends a great deal of time on facebook during working hours promoting his band.
