      Ok place to work, not challenging enough

      Pros

      Work life balance and job stability are the best perks here. Most teams have first level management that really is supportive.

      Cons

      This place is like an incubator for mediocracy. Its just not good for a modivated producer. Projects move slower than glaciers. You have a specialized analysts to do every little thing. We have to have tons of coordinators to do the simpliest task. Its a great way to watch your tech skills slide away. And if you like to give long speeches that use tons of popular business phrases but never go anywhere then you will move up here quickly.

      Pros

      State Farm supports you, supports your family, and encourages you to improve yourself. Pay is good for the work that you are doing.

      Cons

      You quickly reach the glass ceiling. Certain people are hand picked to be prepared for promotions. If you are not hand picked for a management position, you need to work many years to get there.

      Pros

      Great pay. plenty of time off, sick leave. Most Holiday's off. For most to the day the people work hard. When we have a crissis the people really work as team. It is a great place to work. Most of the people care about each other. Great 401 K plan

      Cons

      Some of the people play around to much. Two of the people get away with everything. Being rude, mean. Give us Christmas Eve off
