      Pros

      Benefits, inclusive atmosphere, excellent training and personal development provided, opportunity to advance for those who work towards it, changing atmosphere to be more relaxed and increase empowerment of the employees to suggest change through innovation.

      Cons

      Inherent culture impedes many very good ideas from being implemented quickly; many long-time employees have become complacent in their jobs and resistent to change; risk taking is still not totally embraced or encouraged; many managers don't walk the talk or hold employees accountable for poor performance.

      Great place to work and make $40k

      Pros

      Flexibility galore, hours are great, family oriented atmosphere, everyone works towards the same goal, happy employees, great company philosophy towards helping people

      Cons

      I was recruited away from a $150k per year job that the hours were killing me in. I was told I could make $80k + with company. NO BENEFITS, recruiters blow your head up about income earnings, I am setting records left and right and would be lucky to make $50k, that combined with no benefits is not very attractive to an accomplished sales person/manager like myself.

      Pros

      Well known, stable company that provides fairly good training.

      Cons

      Very small minded and full of nepotism. If you're someone's wife, brother, aunt, sister, etc. you'll be fine. They love to mingle and promote family.
