Pros

Good benefits, 75% remote work, some good colleagues, extensive training.

Cons

Pay is not comparable to the complexity of the work. Most of leadership is out of touch, micromanaging, have no clue how to do your job, and only take care of their favorites. Too much emphasis on working in office and team engagement with a toxic environment. Get you in with the promise of multiple opportunities and advancement and don’t deliver. Severe lack of communication. Reward the people who don’t care about their job. Undervalue the staff who keep the section from falling apart in uncertain times.

Pros

SF offers great benefits, bonuses, and better pay than most. I enjoy almost all my peers and supervisors.

Cons

There is favoritsim, galore. Every trainer or supervisor that I've spoken to tells me they got tapped on the shoulder and were asked if they wanted the promotion they received. Meanwhile, there are peers that have been with the company for 5 to 10 years. They have applied for countless promotions and have never gotten one.

-Overtime has been eliminated -Expected to work tasks for others if you can keep up with the work load -Overhiring lead to fire those who work at a slower pace -Unrealistic expectations and increasingly metric driven
