Pros

- Good Benefits - Good PTO (you can roll over insane levels of time off) - Good insurance

Cons

- A tad boring - Movement upward kind of sucks. If you are qualified or express interest you have to do A-Z which could take years. Not every department gives the same opportunities for advancement - Teams dont always have the best form of documentation and this creates a lot of tribal knowledge which then creates a black hole for a lot of work to go to leads rather than get dispersed out to the rest of the team. That hands down is my biggest complaint.
