Pros

There are great people here at State Farm, there are people here that have been here a long time so seems like they are doing something right. Work life balance is great, benefits are competitive.

Cons

Very low pay compared to similar positions Like all places depends on the manager and team you end up with, could be a great experience or terrible one. In order to move up and get a promotion you need to be visible and play office politics, doesn't really seem based on merit or skill. No insurance discount
