Pros

Loyalty, most people stay in the company for 10+ years. Secondly, tons of trust in terms that leadership is open about financials and how the company is heading in the future. Very stable, so great if you have kids and worried about recessions. Can work remote, but only within the US. So can't work internationally due to laws and security. However PTO is above average compared to other companies.

Cons

Mutual company, so not public. There is no stock options. They used to have a very generous pension program that ended in 2021 that has since then been replaced by a boosted 401K to be more competitive with other companies.
