Pros

- 38.75 hr work week* when not near a deadline. - 4 weeks PTO plus 5 sick days and 1 floating holiday - 6 weeks paid parental leave (father & mother). - Friendly people and culture.

Cons

**Zero frills / fringe benefits**. They even took the cups away for water so now you have to bring your own! There is not any form of complimentary refreshments. You get paid that’s it. Software Developers will get death marched. Work is poorly planned, mandatory 70-80hr weeks with weekends on the newer mod projects happen multiple times per year. Near zero 401k match, 5 year vestment period for pension which accrues about 2% of salary per year. Only a good deal if you stay there 20+ years. Took away sizable desk space, crammed everyone into sardine like 4ft desks. Not really a con but realize they’re trying hard to keep people around, many of the pros listed were added within the last 6 months. I lost 6 developers on my team within 1 year, it was a revolving door.
