Pros

Good location of the office in Tempe

Cons

The pay is far below industry standard and they claim the benefits package makes up for it, if you stay 35 years. Reporting a data breach to the appropriate team will result in retaliation from management. It’s impossible to get a good rating for the year if you change positions anytime other than January 1st. The opportunity for advancement is terrible, everyone gets to a 3 of of 4 level and there’s nowhere else to go because 4’s aren’t given anymore.
