It was okay at the start but it just got worse...

Pros

The company has a nice location downtown which is easily accessible by subway or train. Overall benefits for full-time employees are also good.

Cons

The challenges of working for this company would be the long hours and low pay, resulting in low employee morale and high turnover.

Pros

Good place to get experience before moving on. Benefits package is very good, unfortunately not much else.

Cons

The management are absolutely awful. Regularly watched managers walk across the floor past disengaged employees who would sit and chat all day without doing any work and do nothing about it. Productivity was at an all time low. Managers were given no support or training to do their role, were for the most part under qualified for the role and gave little to no support. MD's door perpetually shut, hardly ever saw him. Bonuses awful despite seeing the millions of dollars of revenue we had apparently made, can only assume it all went to those at the top. Worked several hours underpaid overtime, saw extreme staff turnover whilst I was there (my team went from 8 to 2 in 3 years) and colleagues were nasty, unprofessional and would do anything to stab you in the back. Don't waste your time.

Pros

- Employees are company key assets - Good culture of excellence : focus on employees engagement, development and global inclusion - Employees are treated with respect and they are given chance to fulfill personal and professional goal.

Cons

You could work overtime depending on the schedule of your mission. Could be stressful sometimes but one can manage to do his best anyway.
