Flexible work schedule, exposure to financial industry, laid back atmosphere, good stepping stone for opportunity in other financial firm .

Cons

Terrible salary (keep your second job), few advancement opportunity, high turnover, management don’t really care about employee development, in other word take the experience adjust your resume and run.

you will get a great exposure to different business function and on job training, very hard working and friendly staffs.

Cons

they take a lot of entry level staffs so do expect less competitive salary package. corporate culture tends to focus on head count rather than trying to retain experienced staffs
