Pros

Lots of opportunity to Learn, management open to discussions and comments, regular meeting to bring everyone up to date.

Cons

High Turn over due to noncompetitive salary, working hours are extreme, with lunch hours pushed to 3-4pm everyday, Overtime without compensation (Although this is common practice in Hong Kong)

good chance to know nothing in the sense that mthe majority of the management is completely unaware of the business and of the operational issues that a depositary bank can face with
