Pros

Great place to get experience in the financial services world. Senior Management has a good grasp of the business plan.

Cons

Pay for junior/mid-level staff is lackluster. This is true of many financial institutions in the Boston area. A majority of their positions are in investment servicing, a pretty dry place.

Pros

Great place to gain some experience in the financial industry. They do have a lot of training classes to enroll in for free.

Cons

The hours can be long, just depends on the group or client you are with. Pay is pretty average or even below average, at 32k starting. Bonuses are very limited.
