Pros

Great use of technology Knowledgeable associates Great managers (easy to work with) Very friendly and diverse work environment

Cons

State Street is a good place to work but there is an issue that is hindering the company from being a great place to work. The mediocrity of the salary is a huge problem for most of the employees in State Street. However, State Street is a huge provider of employment in Massachusetts, thus it's somewhat understandable why the keep their pay scale.
