Pros

Strong company Flexible Working Pay - 1st Year Good Benefits & Holidays

Cons

Pay rises minimal. Only get substantiial if you have another job to go to. Maybe to little to late by then. Last year, no pay rises or promo's across the company, bonuses halved. This year ? Not counting my chickens

Pros

Very laid back environment, short commute (for me), benefits, 401k match...if you like not having to get up too early and content with leaving late sometimes then this a good starter job and place to get your feet wet.

Cons

Low salary compared to competitors, promotions are hard to come by, very repetitive daily work, training can be minimal at best., turnover ratio is high....many people stick it out for 2+ yrs .then find work else where.

Pros

wages and benefits are decent. ice machines available. most people fine to work with. there are several duds that could go though.

Cons

needs snow plows in winter, communication from management nearly nonexistent except for ridiculous things like Christmas cube decorating competition.
