Pros

A fair employer, good benefits. Some slightly insecure middle management threatened by talent beneath them. Good support for off site training.

Cons

Every minute is billable as born from a law firm - this means recording every hour per code per week. Mourant struggles with lateral thinkers - the majority of the workforce are not university educated and they struggle when working on transactions with London based alwyers like Linklaters/Freshfields on international deals. On the job training from Directors on complex deals is non existent. Administrators are taught clients, not skills, so don't realise their worth.
