Thank you for sharing your comments. I’m glad you enjoyed flexibility in your role while working at State Street. More than three-quarters of our employees tell us they have some type of flexible work arrangement. Along with workplace flexibility, we know that competitive benefits are also very important to our employees. Our 2017 benefits package now includes an additional four weeks of paid leave for new parents, two-days of paid time off to volunteer and paid leave to care for a sick family member. We also just launched a program to help with the college admissions process and offer a wellness program with employee incentives for health and wellness activities.
