      Pros

      Steadfast models business practices that are refreshingly contemporary. There is a distinct, positive energy which flows through our leaders that you don't often see. Rather than simply feeling like just another "cog" in the machine, you are given many opportunities to make a difference.

      Cons

      As with any growing company, better employee benefits and retirement matches may not immediately be available but are always on the horizon.

Our health benefits are constantly under evaluation in order to provide the best coverage for the most reasonable cost. This year we are proud to offer PPO, HRA and HSA options for our associates in order to meet the changing demands of our workforce. We also offer a 401K program for our associates, which is relatively new and grew out of the feedback we received ... just like this. Please keep raising your voice to let us know your opinions.       Steadfast is a Company that Cares

      Pros

      Having worked for this company for several years, I continually find myself gratefully impressed by the caring nature of its leaders. No company is perfect, but if you are looking for one that genuinely listens to its people, thinks outside the box, and strives to do what is right while doing its best, Steadfast is the place.

      Cons

      We are growing at a rapid rate and this translates to times when certain processes may not yet be streamlined. The upside is that this doesn't last for very long. Issues are identified and addressed.

      Pros

      Steadfast is a tight knit company that stands by it's Core Values and truly values a strong culture. They provide competitive salaries with opportunity to grow from within the company and really value the work/life balance. They offer a 401K Match and wonderful benefit options. Working for Steadfast you really feel like your voice is being heard and feel connected to the leadership at the corporate office. If you are looking for a supportive and growing company Steadfast is for you!

      Cons

      Playing catch up on some technological advancements within the company but have come a long way!
