Working for Steadfast as been amazing. No matter which property you go to you feel like one big family. They give out awesome bonuses and have events to acknowledge their employees year round. They work well with your scheduling, and are pretty easy going overall. There have great opportunities to move up within the company or to even transfer to other properties. I plan to stay with the company for as long as possible.

I am super excited to have joined Steadfast just a few months ago. The company has gone through a number of changes in upper management for the better and the change is evident.
