      Pros

      Great leadership in the Georgia region. The regional manager is amazing she focused on her team members growth and actually cares about her employees. Greater emphasis on diversity especially in the Georgia region, this was an added plus for me. Family atmosphere Support from management Training opportunities

      Cons

      Smaller management company Very old school in some areas. Advancing especially with technology and other operational procedures is important especially in property management.

      Residents love the property. The team has a system in place and they are great at teaching me. I am happy to be part of the team.
