I’ve loved my time at Steadfast. I feel like leadership listens and values my input, and if you’re intelligent, hardworking, and have a positive attitude, your opportunities for growth are endless. It feels great to have a say in shaping the future of our company!

Cons

Not that I think it’s really a con, but they are making several company-wide improvements and updates so if you don’t view change as a positive thing, it may not be challenging for you.

Poor culture and ethics among middle management and long serving employees.

Pros

Top management is very fair and care for employees, good work life balance and sufficient break time. Strong top-down communication with senior management holding Town-hall frequently.

Cons

I worked with the REIT accounting team for an year and my experience was that the middle management is ill-handled and political in nature. the team I worked had small pockets of employees who only communicated with their group. the managers communicated selected information to selected employees. They shared feedback about employees in office gossips but never formally discussed with team members.

Always paid on time and the little bit of a" WOW" bonus. Its called WOW because when you get it, you say WOW what an insult!

Cons

EVEYTHING, There are such better companies out there, Don't be so desperate and jump into this company. Do you homework and choose wisely for your own sanity.
