Steadfast is a tight knit company that stands by it's Core Values and truly values a strong culture. They provide competitive salaries with opportunity to grow from within the company and really value the work/life balance. They offer a 401K Match and wonderful benefit options. Working for Steadfast you really feel like your voice is being heard and feel connected to the leadership at the corporate office. If you are looking for a supportive and growing company Steadfast is for you!

Cons

Playing catch up on some technological advancements within the company but have come a long way!

I have been part of the Steadfast family for over a year now. And I describe it as family because that is the culture at Steadfast. The team cares for each other and helps. The core values are not just words on a paper in a notebook or plaque on the wall. We truly work and live by our core values: Proceed with Integrity, Value People, Embrace Opportunities, Pursue Excellence and Do Good as We Do Well. I am excited to be part of the anticipated growth and plans for the future. There are so many opportunities to help shape the present and future success of our family. We are improving our tools, processes and communication all the time. If you get involved with the family, great things can happen. It is so amazing that we are empowered to make the best/right decisions. We talk about not letting good rob you of your best. I have found my home with my new work family and look forward to the journey.

Cons

I struggle with the coverage of the benefits some (specifically the flex spending) but it usually gets resolved after some time.

This company treats the core values; PROCEED WITH INTEGRITY, VALUE PEOPLE, EMBRACE OPPORTUNITY, PURSUE EXCELLENCE, AND DO GOOD AS WE DO WELL, as an actual way to run the business ... not just words on a plaque. My supervisor offers a lot of flexibility and autonomy. It's a perfect fit for me!

Cons

401K matching is not good. Benefits are expensive for a family, but I think that's an Obama situation, not a Steadfast situation.
