Sell you on growth but- the grass isnt greener on the other side

Less reporting better locations that are spread out

Cons

it is still in who you know versus everyone given a fair opportunity everything takes a lot longer the whole team gets quarterly bonus not just the manager- so its way less than usual, old school systems still.

I enjoy my job most because I know that I work for people who care. They care for one another, their investors, their residents and their community. At it's core are leaders of faith that believe it's our responsibility to Do Good as We do Well.

Cons

With growth comes growing pains. If you're looking for stability in stagnancy...you won't find it here. You'll find instead all the excitement, craziness, and the ability to have your DNA invested in a company that's growing into a successful major player in the industry.

Benefits are good. Get a pay check.

Cons

some what reason of the lower mgmt does not like you they will create environment where you cannot work and you have to leave. Lower mgmt listen to all the gossip from employees and take their sides make other employees leave the company. Mgmt create their own policies. If you suck up to your mgmt you can get anything.
