You can see Steadfast's Core Values are strongly upheld among all of the associates. Upon joining the team, you can feel the warmth and family-like environment. Steadfast truly values their employees as they provide recognition of everyone's hard work. They recently just administered BTO (birthday time-off)! How awesome is that. This company also provides great benefits, PTO, pay and culture. Can't forget to mention: they give back to the community by donating a lot of their time and money to charity. They even offer Employee Assistance Funds to those associates that are in need. I've never been with a company that cared deeply of their employees.

- The People: I have continued to work at Steadfast because of the people. Daily I come to work with people who motivate and inspire me and I am thankful to work with them. - The Core Values: I truly believe in our Core Values and think all associates working here do as well. Got to love a company that preaches, "Do Good as We Do Well" and then gives you 2 workdays to volunteer at the place of your choosing!
