Thank you for taking time to provide insight into your experience with Steadfast. I am grateful you feel valued for your unique contributions to the organization, as it is a key component of our Core Values. Our health benefits are constantly under evaluation in order to provide the best coverage for the most reasonable cost. This year we are proud to offer PPO, HRA and HSA options for our associates in order to meet the changing demands of our workforce. We also offer a 401K program for our associates, which is relatively new and grew out of the feedback we received ... just like this. Please keep raising your voice to let us know your opinions.
