I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this company. The entire management team is fantastic, including my boss, who is amazing. The demeanor of the senior management trickles down to the rest of the employees who are so friendly and helpful. I have never worked at a company where they care so much about their employees. One of the companies mottos is "Value People" and they really do. If you work hard and are dedicated they will help you get to where you want to go in your career. My company and my boss make me want to be the best person and team player that I can be. I have never worked with such a great group of people. Rod Emery, President of Steadfast, takes all new employees out to lunch in small groups. Such a great way to learn about his vision and where the company is going. I cannot say enough great things about this company.

Everyone you meet is so genuinely kind, but also hard workers and good at their jobs. -Competitive pay and benefits reflective of the position -Steadfast promotes a "work life balance" and they are SERIOUS about it! This is what makes me love my job so much. I have never worked for a company that cared more about it's employees and their well-being! -Steadfast also is a huge contributor to community service and promotes serving in your communities. How cool is that?
