Pros

Salary is great. They also are big into giving back to the community. Volunteering is highly encouraged.

Cons

We have never gotten a clear explanation of the WOW Bonus. Months of hard work to ensure we are doing everything humanly possible to get this bonus just to get half of it. When asked on what we can improve upon we can't get an answer. Upper management seems positive and helpful. That changes quickly. It's become a negative work environment. I wake up in the middle of the night with panic attacks thinking about the next day. I see the other reviews on here from other managers in my region. On one hand it's a relief to know it's not just me, on the other hand it's sad to know it's not just me. I keep holding out hoping it will get better. Perhaps it's time to consider making a change.

Easy hiring process- getting hired is a seamless process- if you are willing to show up and have thick skin- and can work endless hours, you will survive.if you can turn your head to maintenance and management stealing from the company - you'll be rewarded.

Cons

Prepare to work endless hours with management that is verbally abusive and unsupportive, corrupt business practices. Residents are not revered as essential or valued. Means to an end attitude.

Pros

Very flexible with work schedule as long as you put in 8 hours per day. Many nice people there except some managers.

Cons

Leadership supports gossips and politics. Management treats employee unfairly. If you are not their favorite site you in trouble. Staffs are overwork there and management doesn't seem care. Employees are underpaid compared with other company in the same industry. Managements creates extra activities and force employees to participate on the top of their heavy workload.
