Company is driven for new business. Trying to position itself as "new", "young", "hip", "different"

Cons

Poorer benefits (more employee share on healthcare costs, fewer/less vacation days and fewer holidays, lower salary level).

Pros

With all the recent additions to the executive management there has been an noticeable change in the company culture. The new steampunk is challenging the status quo internally through how the company operates with our customers who are desperate to find true partnership. The company has established a new executive team, new culture , new office space, and meaning of the word team is easily recognized in the organization. The SVP and VP in the Federal Civilian Division have really taken the time to get to know our employee base and their needs. It has been extremely positive.

Cons

Make sure the company policies and benefits continue to increase and stay current with the positive changes the organization is implementing.
