Very supportive leadership and has several means in place for bringing new hires up to speed and current employees with a lot of educational material. Growth oriented for those who do a great job.

Cons

401K and HSA matching is average; there are companies that do better.

The company is very inclusive. If you have any roadblocks or issues help is always there when you need it; whether within your team or across the company. It's a relaxed work environment; we still have deadlines, still have to hustle, but ultimately it feels comfortable to be part of the company and work with amazing people.

Cons

We sometimes have tough clients which is a times hard to navigate, considering that the company still wants to keep them happy; after all it's still a business. However, at times the company should do a better job holding the clients accountable for their decision.
