      Pros

      Everyone works together as a team, instead of competing against each other. The team effort allows us to stay focused on the overall goal, which is making sure we are all successful and our clients are happy. I have been with the company for almost a year. I work some long hours when necessary, but this company shows it’s appreciation for the hard work you put in.

      Pros

      Flexible, understanding culture with familiarity and warmth. It's a great place to learn and grow, as a young professional. 1v1 mentorship and encouragement towards professional and personal development is awesome. I love my team and genuinely wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

      Cons

      Would like to see more diversity-there have been some initiatives with the Diversity Counsel and I know it's an emphasis, but it really is important that it comes to fruition.

      The culture is beyond anything I have ever seen and they ensure that work-life balance is top of mind in today's working environment. If you are looking for a place where you can grow and surround yourself with people who genuinely care about you, this is the place. During the pandemic, the organization focused on ensuring there were still ways for everyone to connect but stay safe. Communication and transparency are also top tier and bottom line, this place is fantastic to work for.
