      Being part of a fast-growing, employee-owned company like Steampunk offers a startup-paced work environment combined with leadership that has unmatched experience in the industry. What I love about Steampunk is the focus that my colleagues have placed on my own career growth, in parallel to the growth of the company. I started at Steampunk as an intern and am now fortunate to have found both a full-time job and a work family who supports me and my goals along the way!

      Pros

      A great place to work that has plenty of growth potential. Their attention to employee satisfaction along with their drive to deliver high quality and innovative solutions set them apart from many of the other players in this arena. There is clear direction when needed and space to explore when wanted. It is a great balance that has helped me grow exponentially in the past 2 years.

      Cons

      Steampunk is still growing and the ability to pitch in, expand your horizons and work as a team is crucial. This may not appeal to everyone, but I find incredibly rewarding.
