      Pros

      This is a growing company with lots of opportunities for growing in your career. The people here are like a family. They have a tremendous amount of camaraderie and energy here that makes its an exciting place to work every day.

      Cons

      Being a hybrid company can be a challenge at times where some folks are virtual/remote and others are in the office. Sometimes community involvement with remote folks is challenging.
