      Pros

      Growth and Ownership Opportunities. Strong leadership and great culture both at corporate and contract levels. Competitive pay/benefits. Good autonomy on contracts. Design oriented company not afraid of change!

      Cons

      Any downsides I can think of are commensurate with any government contractor and the nuances it creates in administrative processes.
