Pros

Putting yourself out there is the key to recognition. If you choose to just do your job, you will get a decent salary and benefits package. If you go about that, by presenting brown bags; client demos; interviews, etc you will be seen as a leader and will get rewarded with bonuses.

Cons

If you choose to not put yourself out there, you will get frustrated with what you think is unfair because others will get 'more' than you are getting.

Friendly, Hip/Cool place to work at. Last year, they sent us “Beats by Dre” headphones 🎧 as our Christmas gift and they sent us Converse Shoes 👟 after working there for one year. It’s easy to get noticed , get promotions and recognitions!
