Young, dynamic group of people, startup mentality, very collegial.

Cons

If you have a disability, they will discriminate and they won't give you any accommodation whatsoever. The sacred cows are untouchable. Politics is everything and if you say the wrong thing, there is no opportunity to redeem yourself. They talk a good game, but their corporate values don't exist.

Do you know someone in the management? if yes, then don't panic you will get a job without interview. Done deal. No knowledge no problem.

Cons

Bunch of Idiot managers in every project, no thecnical background or anything. Too much lies and poor performance.
