Pros

You always are involved in very diverse and interesting projects You face new challenges every day in regards to technical knowledge and others You have the opportunity to work with people from different countries, backgrounds and expertise

Cons

You have to make big sacrifices when working in Steer. It is really hard to mantain work - personal life balance and sometimes you have to sacrifice your holidays, Saturdays, Sundays, and evenings to be able to meet the goals before the deadlines

Pros

Small company means better connections with coworkers Great benefits for junior staff and interns Focus on helping staff learn new skills Friendly, intelligent coworkers who are always willing to help

Cons

No clue what upper management does Small company means promotions to high-level staff require someone to retire Seems like there is spending on pointless things at times Senior staff focuses on the UK while staff and projects elsewhere get neglected Expected poor profits in the next few months but this is because they're hiring new staff
