      Pros

      - Very friendly and kind atmosphere and culture - People have time for you and are incredibly welcoming - Dedicated team to the graduates to help them settle in - Helpful training - Camaraderie amongst the graduates

      Cons

      - Give graduates a choice in which stream they are placed in rather than placing them at random - Have graduates placed in streams where their is already people in that office - Place graduates geographically close to their supervisor
