Pros

- Fantastic, really talented and friendly colleagues - Good support and welfare systems - Really interesting projects - Some great extra-curricular activities e.g. volunteering, research & innovation club - Generally great leadership

Cons

- Work-life balance poor, I had to work a 47 hour week (contracted 37.5 hours) every week to meet billable hours target and this wasn't uncommon. Expect a lot of late nights and weekend work. - Wouldn't describe it as a "laddy" culture, but definitely male-culture dominated, manifests in poor gender pay gap and visibly fewer opportunities and promotions for women. - Some isolated examples of poor leadership e.g. making fun of junior staff's physical appearance.

Pros

One of the best places I’ve worked. The work culture is extremely productive and nurturing to help you produce your best work. Training provided is excellent and qualifications offered too. My personal supervisor was excellent and I learnt a lot from them.

Cons

The only downside to steer is that they don’t pay very well, especially considering their offices are in central London. In one of my first conversations with my grad buddy, they mentioned the pay was poor and I’d say it’s fair to say the entire graduate cohort believes the pay is not fair for that role; it lies below the average for this type of role compared to other graduate consultant roles.
