Pros

Usually, pretty good work-life balance. Independence encouraged, ability to build your career in transport how you see fit (to some extent of course) Getting a promotion is always a possibility (i.e. don't need to wait for an available position to come up) Working with other offices encouraged Generally well-respected in the industry Co-workers are brilliant, many from top schools/experts in industry

Cons

Since COVID, work-life balance has eroded. Some staff have become overwhelmed from work load. Pay could be better. Not all office locations have good working environments. UK-focussed as most management are located there, outer offices are autonomous but not always getting the support when its needed (getting better)
