Pros

- Challenges my mind and constantly learning (hard to get straight out of undergrad) - Flexible working schedules - Independently figure out how to manage workload and what projects you want to work on

Cons

- North American leadership makes questionable decisions and sometimes lacks interpersonal skills - You will quickly be assigned more than 40 hours of work until you learn how to say no
