Pros

- You have the flexibility to search for projects you find interesting. Effectively, you are selling yourself to project managers internally. People do this by giving talks, developing new skills, going on courses and, simply, making friends. - You find yourself managing projects almost from the beginning, and managing upwards - seeking out more senior staff to be part of your project. - You get involved in a lot of projects in a short space of time. - It is a sociable and friendly place to work.

Cons

- The pay wasn't great - a struggle to live on in London. - The hours are horrendous. They don't pay overtime and expect their employees to bear the brunt of any miscalculations in the amount of time a project will take, meaning that you will find people in the office working at 10pm on almost any day of the year. There is no reward for this other than the avoidance of a screw-up.
