Pros

Excellent grad scheme and lovely people

Cons

There needs to be a rotational system, there is a danger that if you start in one area you won't move

Pros

International company: you get to work with people from all around the world, possibility of experiencing very enriching work experiences abroad. Expertise in the transportation sector: high profile and interesting projects, highly experienced colleagues, exposure to important clients (companies and public agencies) Work ambience: it is a very nice place to work at, people is very friendly, a lot of young people, more senior employees are extremely approachable and close to more junior staff Possibilities of growing are in your own hands Company really cares for employees

Cons

Could do better with salaries (specially considering work-life balance is not very good...) You can get pigeonholed (but still, this can be solved if you express your interest in other areas or type of projects)

A good starting point for your career in the transport industry

Pros

A very horizontal and friendly environment. Senior staff is very collaborative and experienced. Working here means understanding how the transport industry works. If you show to be good at work you can have the chance to attend meetings with your clients (CEO, CFO, COO, etc..) even if you don't have a senior profile (> 5-6 years).

Cons

Limited career and growth opportunities if you don't develop your market.
