Pros

Great employee culture, people are encouraged to take ownership of their role and put on multiple hats. There are no hierarchical restrictions, and it is relatively flat structure. Benefits/vacation package better than most companies.

Cons

Economic/political turbulence that affects market opportunities, which can result to unstable revenue. Company is extremely global with many offices, which can create disorganization.

Pros

- Coworkers tend to be cooperative and help each other out - Much of the stuffy corporate culture seems to have gone away, at least among rank and file consultants -Projects are interesting

Cons

-Bureaucracy among higher leadership is still slow and tired - EXTREMELY LIMITED upward mobility. Unless you are constantly seeking out more and more work, you will never be considered for a promotion. - Pay is abysmal for the amount of work that is required of employees
