      individuals in the team great - management no so much

      30mins lunch break, bare minimum holidays (22 days including bank hols), management used manipulative tactics to scaremonger employees. Words and actions completely misaligned. Just shut up and do the job, no matter your mental health or burn out. Constantly understaffed and poooor hiring, meant more pressure on the team - only ever reactive. No technical ability needed on this particular contract. If your experienced Tech, don't even bother. Completely unprofessional, HR serve senior management and very clique like.
