Thank you for the feedback. Stefanini periodically performs total reward analyses of our compensation, benefit, and PTO offerings against industry and market standards. At present, our offering has been deemed appropriate. Stefanini does, in fact, offer both holiday time off, whether it is observing standard holidays or receiving floating holidays, and paid time off. Our business is continually growing both with current customers and new contracts, necessitating the need to hire more personnel. Stefanini P&C

This is evident in our executive leadership team, with 7 of the 13 members being female and 7 of the 13 members belonging to a minority group.
